On October 31, 2025, the second RESPOnD Living Lab workshop took place in Veitshöchheim, bringing together stakeholders from the wine sector including winegrowers, wine makers, consultants and researchers.

Participants exchanged experiences and insights on ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) strategies implemented in the region. Discussions highlighted the importance of further advancing knowledge and collaboration on EbA approaches to protect vineyards and preserve the unique Franconian cultural landscape.
