Alternet Conference held in Aveiro, Portugal

- Sebastian Candiago presented “Traditional food systems and geographical indications: Can we support transformation through food quality policies?”, highlighting how traditional knowledge and food quality standards can drive sustainable transitions.
- Doménica Jaramillo shared findings from her work on “Co-creating climate resilient alpine wine orchards through ecosystem-based adaptation: A stakeholder perspective”, emphasizing the importance of participatory approaches in adapting wine-growing regions to climate change.
Both contributions reflect the core mission of the RESPOnD project: to co-design ecosystem-based adaptation and sustainable solutions that support climate-resilient governance in mountain viticulture.
